Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways to deliver our software development and agency consulting services:
- Information You Provide Voluntarily: When you complete our contact or project inquiry form, schedule a discovery consultation, or sign a Statement of Work, we collect your name, business email address, phone number, company name, project specifications, and budget range.
- Project & Code Assets: In the course of software development and AI engineering, you may provide API credentials, repository access, system architecture designs, and dataset samples. These are processed strictly to deliver your contracted services.
- Technical & Analytics Data: When visiting https://thinktechweb.com, our servers log anonymized telemetry such as browser type, operating system, approximate geographic region, page response times, and WebGL rendering capabilities to optimize 3D particle animations.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely for legitimate business purposes:
- Engineering, deploying, and maintaining your custom websites, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, and cloud infrastructures.
- Responding promptly to requests for proposals, inquiries, and technical support requests.
- Administering billing, contract milestones, invoicing, and service updates.
- Optimizing web application speed, high-framerate 3D rendering, and accessibility across all desktop and mobile devices.
3. Artificial Intelligence (MCP & RAG) Data Governance
When ThinkTechWeb implements intelligent AI model integrations (including Model Context Protocol [MCP], Retrieval-Augmented Generation [RAG], or custom LLM embeddings):
- No Foundation Model Training: Client proprietary data, private databases, and vector stores are never ingested into public foundation training corpuses without explicit written authorization.
- Isolated Vector Environments: Embeddings and knowledge stores are partitioned in secure, access-controlled containerized environments on client-specified cloud infrastructure (Hostinger, AIC Cloud, AWS, or private VPS).
- API Security: All communications between application backends and AI model APIs utilize end-to-end encrypted TLS 1.3 tunnels.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to advertisers or brokers. Data is disclosed only to:
- Infrastructure & Cloud Hosts: Reputable hosting providers (such as Hostinger, AIC Cloud, Docker registries) strictly to host and serve production environments under client agreement.
- Legal Requirements: Regulatory or law enforcement authorities if strictly mandated by binding legal subpoena or court order.
5. Data Security & Retention
We enforce robust technical safeguards including SSH key-based server access, encrypted CI/CD pipelines, strict multi-factor authentication, and principle-of-least-privilege access across our engineering team. We retain client data only as long as necessary to fulfill project requirements, warranty support periods, and statutory tax obligations.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR in Europe and UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you maintain the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we maintain regarding your organization.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete records.
- Request permanent erasure of personal data (“Right to be Forgotten”).
- Revoke consent for non-essential communications at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at legalsupport@thinktechweb.com. We respond to all verified requests within 30 days.
